The great thing about our location is that not only are you benefiting from being in town but you’re also only a short distance from some lovely outdoor attractions and stunning scenery. You can leave the car at home and walk or cycle here and enjoy some fresh air and exhilarating scenery. You will definitely feel the benefit of this.

The promenade is within a few minutes walking distance from Jacmar. Enjoy the stunning views across to Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran.

20 mnutes walk, or a ten minute cycle, takes you to Greenan shore here you can explore the castle ruins and rock pools of this lesser known section of Ayr's coastline.

(Five minutes walk) Take the kids to Pirate Pete’s for some fun indoor play. Adults can relax with a coffee and a bite to eat whilst the kids “burn” off some energy. Prices vary seasonally. Pavillion Road, 5 minutes walk.
